Refund policy

Purchases on fattorialefonti.it are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees the right of refund.

Returned products must be intact, better if in original packaging: for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of a refund.

The right of refund is reserved only for direct consumers, therefore any purchases made by retailers or by persons who, for whatever reason, purchase for resale remain excluded.

To exercise this right, the User must follow this procedure:

1. Send an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:

• invoice number

• order number

• order date

• the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of refund

• bank details (IBAN code) for reimbursement

2. Wait for the return authorization e-mail from Fattoria Le Fonti

3. Within 15 days of receiving the return authorization email, send the products subject to refund to the following address: Fattoria Le Fonti – Via Case Sparse, 66 – 50022 Panzano – Greve in Chianti (FI) - Italy.

The refund of the products subject to the right of refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. This reimbursement does not include shipping costs, charged to the Customer, in accordance with article 5 of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999.

In general, even if not expressly written, the legal provisions regarding distance contracts apply. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
