PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The order confirmation is subject to payment of the price, taxes if applicable, shipping and payment costs indicated on the page CHECKOUT.

The prices shown on the site include VAT where applicable and the cost of transport is shown separately, on the order form and on the invoice. Published prices are subject to change without notice: the User is obliged to check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

All orders placed will receive an Order Confirmation email listing the products selected and shipping costs.  Orders are subject to the availability and acceptance from Fattoria Le Fonti, which reserves the right not to confirm an order, due to the unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. In this case Fattoria Le Fonti will refund the price and shipping costs incurred by the User and communicate this reimbursement to the User by the email provided at the time of order.

The actual availability of a product is approximate, because users can buy at the same time making a product unavailable.

The photos does not always show the vintage actually on sale, therefore, only the vintage listed in the product description is authentic.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The payment methods accepted by Fattoria Le Fonti are Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Fattoria Le Fonti Gift Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All financial information necessary for the transaction will be transmitted, via encrypted protocol, to the corresponding banks related to the remote electronic payment services, without third party’s accessibility. This information will only be used by Fattoria Le Fonti to complete the procedures relating to the purchase and related refund in the event of a product return if the user exercises their right to a refund, or in necessary cases of reporting or preventing fraud to the police or antifraud authoritative body.

SHIPPING

All products ordered through the site will be delivered by national and international couriers, who assume full responsibility for delivery from pick up at Fattoria Le Fonti to the address indicated in the purchase order.

Deliveries are made only in the following areas: Italy, Europe, UK, USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Some of the countries listed may be subject to customs and duties upon arrival in country of destination, therefore it is advisable to check with local custom authorities in order to understand local duties for wine purchases by private customers in your home country, therefore customs and duties are not included in the costs quoted by the Fattoria Le Fonti Shop
